FOUNDER and CEO

Liz Gorman is a former 4-term elected Cook County and Forest Preserve Commissioner. Gorman is known for her ability to work with both sides of the aisle to address varying issues-healthcare, economic development, transportation and budget management.
Liz was a State and Local Government Director for PWC. She later served as Executive Director of the Illinois Tollway.
Liz graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and received her MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Liz is the Founder and CEO of Onorach (WBE Certified) and serves as a Director for the Regional Transportation Board (RTA) and as a Director for Old Plank Trail (Wintrust Bank charter).

CO-Founder and CIO

Conor Gorman attended Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota where he received a B.S. in Business Marketing. Conor has mainly worked in the alternative substance field in the legal departments, and previously worked for a technology firm. As Co-Founder and CIO of Onorach, Conor frequently participates in day to day operations, pursues business grants, and helps create innovative ideas to add to Onorach, LLC.
